"We have been talking for many years about buying land to retire to. The first big step was deciding on an area. When COVID hit we realized you never know what the world holds and how easy it is for things to turn on its side. We started getting serious about finding that area that was for us. We did our research and decided Eastern Tennessee. We started looking for places on line and found one place that interested us. We reached out and were matched up with Pat. Let me tell you, things got so much better from there. We actually purchased the land sight unseen (which isn’t us at all) because we trust her so much. We went down the week after the purchase was final and finally got to see the land.
